I joined Benefit as the first project manager to come into the US marketing organization. As the team has grown I have grown with it building process and managing workflow across each function - retail, digital, social, creative and events. Each day projects are changing and I am collaborating with a different team on how to effectively deliver exciting and creative marketing assets and experiences that are on-time, on-budget and meet business needs.I am the sole contact for collecting and prioritizing marketing creative requests ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet business needs. Additionally, I manage the production and delivery of marketing collateral to support retail launches by establishing project milestones, negotiating production costs, managing cross-functional relationships and ensuring consistent and cohesive message across assets.

At xAd I worked within the sales organization to lead mobile campaign execution from end-to-end through close cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful campaign performance and that all client expectations were met and exceeded. After relocating to San Francisco, I took on this freelance position to continue developing my project management skills while exploring options to pursue my interest in acquiring in-house experience. While at Mekanism, I worked with internal teams on the rollout and adoption of the project management software, Workamajig. Led a great team that coordinated the production of digital media assets for Centerline's Fortune 100-type clients. Project types included: UX wireframe and web redesign, interactive infographic and video players, large format stage presentations (video), events, content marketing plans, web banners, videos and animations. As the Senior Project manager I was the day-to-day client contact and worked with Account Management to grow and innovate within our relationships.
