Jordan is a licensed attorney and prosecutor in Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a trial and appellate lawyer, with five briefs submitted before the Superior Court. He sits on several committees of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Health, Technology, Government Lawyers, and Civil Rights.He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law, having concentrated in technology/science law, intellectual property, and health law. In 2018, he graduated cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration. His professional career started in healthcare, having started with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center through to serving in legal compliance with Olympus Corporation of the Americas: a global medical device company. Jordan served as president of an inclusion advocacy organization as well as a community outreach group while in college. In 2020, he was appointed to the U.S. Selective Service board representing Pennsylvania and started the advocacy group Arc of Justice PA. He was a proud card-carrying union member of AFSCME before starting law school and a frontline worker during the pandemic. Jordan is also a director, writer, and actor for studios and independent cinema — including the creation of a 2022 undercover investigatory documentary. He created the Ona Judge Award for Human Rights in law school, which is awarded to unsung heroes of marginalized communities.
