Member of multiple account teams who is responsible for change control throughout the entire solution using Solution Enhancement Process (SEP) guidelines. SEP includes requirements gathering, validating the business needs, driving the project change request (PCR), translating the client's business needs into technical requirements, creating design documents, communicating between the client, account team and development team, and implementation of the accepted projects into production. Also responsible for continuous improvements to ensure that the account team stays up to date with the latest tool releases, and that the solution maintains compliance with legal requirements. Considered the Technical Lead for the account team, facilitating knowledge transfer, standard methodologies and support.
