As a brand management intern on the Old Spice brand, I analyzed sales, pricing, distribution, and merchandising trends of Old Spice and its competitors in the men's personal care sector. I identified key trends driving millennial purchases and delivered a strategic recommendation to grow the business by more than $11 million.
