Marketing Coordinator
Current-Coordinate trade shows, user groups, and special events to cost-effectively promote the company’s products and services -Manage and arrange all event details: pre and at-show promotion, negotiate contracts, book travel arrangements, pack supplies, create booth set-up instructions, post-show follow-up, and evaluation -Work with Marketing and other departments to understand and execute the objectives for each event-Work closely with all 3rd party vendors to coordinate booth materials, logistics & shipping, registration, on-site event services and lodging-Coordinate direct marketing mailings and email related to upcoming and past events-Database management in Salesforce-Work closely with the marketing team to support all strategic marketing efforts of the organization and special marketing projects as required
