After being invited to join the Nike Women's business, a key growth driver for the company, my time was spent building and developing a diverse marketing team to serve women in our largest geography-North America. With a sharp focus on serving our employees- we focused on team chemistry, health & wellness and work/life balance, which resulted in a high performing team built on trust. When 2020 hit, these foundations allowed us the rare opportunity to accelerate our business during a time when so many were scaling back. Areas of Focus: team building/hiring, people development, sustainability, apparel acceleration and piloting the cross-functional 365 digital marketing mechanics for the future.

As Brand Manager of Nike Football, I served at the crossroads of culture and sport. I was given the opportunity to help merge the cultural relevance of the Nike brand with the US Nike Football brand. We brought this vision to life through our top athletes, products, collaborators & partnerships.In addition to leading all marketing initiatives for Cleated Innovation, I was privileged to help lead our NFL athlete strategy, including ownership of Odell Beckham Jr's brand and business across Nike Football and Nike Sportswear.
