In 2018, I expanded the lululemon sample buying program to support the entire organization. The program has played a significant role in improving our global market presence through such projects as Royal Opera House, Olympics, and seasonal hero campaigns. • Calendar: Developed the sample buying calendar to align with the company’s current GTM calendar allowing teams to forecast and build capacity for future sample buys. • Process Creation: Created the tools and process for seasonal and special project orders• Training and Implementation: Educated cross functional teams on the new process and allowed for more open communication channels.

In 2015, I began managing the lululemon sample operations program. In this role, I focused on my entrepreneurial and leadership skills through creating and operating an entire department for a growing international retailer.• Seasonal Sample Ordering: Designed and managed the platform used to support 5 cross functional departments including Global Community, Brand, Public Relations and Merchandising. I co-managed product budgets and invoicing strategies.• Top of Production & North America Operations: Enhanced current tracking and receiving tools to support the growing product inventory. Lead the North America sample program, receiving and distributing inbound product to SSC partners.• Sample Employee Store: Developed exit strategy for 35,000 seasonal samples which in turn reduced recycling and storage costs, boosted employee morale and generated $500,000 in annual revenue.

In 2013, I designed the lululemon sample program. As a coordinator for the next two years, I built the foundation for the global sample operations program & archive that exists today. • Sample Program: Developed the global Commercialization Report, process guidelines and SOP for lululemon sampling. Created inventory & receiving systems to support inbound product to the SSC. Delivered annual sample sales that drew in $450,000 in revenue and exited over 180,000 units of product.
