* Accountable for executing performance and growth for the Group segment in KY, OH, and IN. * Responsible for development and implementation of strategic plans, business outcomes, and intradepartmental coordination.* Own relationships with central functions such as Actuary, Underwriting, Clinical, Pharmacy, Service, Implementation, Marketing and Finance to ensure market KPIs are met.* Act as single point of ownership and has authority over local Market Sales and Network decisions.

* Responsibility for growth over the North/Central Region, overseeing the KS, MO, KY, OH, WI, TN, and IL market sales teams while providing overall leadership for Small and Large Group sales and account management operations across the region. * Drive exceptional sales results to lead the development and execution of the North/Central growth strategy, and develop strategic solutions with Small and Large Group Practice Leaders and other Humana partners to drive membership growth within the region. * Serve as a key thought leader, influencer and "voice from the market" related to Humana's overall Group strategy.

Responsible for the execution of the market's overall strategies by overseeing sales and retention capabilities of the team, managing resources, and building relationships with key clients and brokers/consultants in the KS/MO/NE/IA marketplace.

My role is to be responsible for all new business sales and prospecting for 100+ business for Kansas and Missouri. I have overall responsibility for retention and profitability for both states. Products include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Medicare, Life, STD/LTD, Humana Wellness Solutions, and Workplace Voluntary Benefits.
