-Handle all incoming emails-Book clients in based on knowledge of the artist’s preferences using Google Calendar and Square app-Quote prices and time frames on tattoos -Ensure client appointments are booked correctly. -Immediate communication with client about lateness, location, or any other pressing matters.

The Church of One Love-Handle general administrative duties (answer phones, distribute mail, check emails, disseminate monthly newsletter)-Manage finances and utilize QuickBooks Online to pay bills, run payroll and audit statements to give an accurate financial report to the Board of Trustees and the Senior Minister-Handle all social media accounts & website design-Handle YouTube & PodBean accounts to post recorded sermons -Assist in making decisions regarding janitorial services, energy provider, phone and internet providers, appliances purchases, etc.-Communicate with City of Farmers Branch regarding permits for outdoor signage, community garden work, plumbing/heating, and asphalt projects.-Handle all marketing including QR code’s, print articles, online promotion etc-Assist in fundraising efforts-Provide direct support to Senior Minister and Board of Trustees

-Provide direct support to Melinda for upcoming gigs-Handle all social media accounts-Update website/design as needed

-Handle all booking inquiries and scheduling changes-General personal assistant duties (pay personal bills and ensure autopay is on, give information to boss regarding emails about child’s schooling, purchase plane tickets and accommodation, communicate with clients/friends/doctors/etc)-Handle all social media accounts-Create content with Sony A7iii. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to make videos to post.-Use personal knowledge of Instagram to maximize engagement and increase following (metrics can be provided)-Assist in business endeavors: ensure orders for merchandise are placed in a correct and efficient manner, vet and hire employees through Indeed-Ensure all product needed to conduct business is ordered in a timely manner. Conduct research to determine the most cost effective companies to work with.
