In this role, I conducted thorough data quality analysis using Python and PowerBI, ensuring that data is reliable for informed decision-making and ensure effective governance as we transition to a new ERP system. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and meet data requirements, analysing over 20 years of data from various systems for the first time to ensure its compatibility with the new platform.I also developed interactive PowerBI dashboards for the Accounts team, which allowed them to visualise key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions, particularly in targeted debt collection. Additionally, I automated the process of sending dunning emails for overdue payments by creating Python scripts, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

I managed bank statement reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management and financial reporting. I maintained precise records of billing activities for easy access during audits and reporting. I also collaborated with IT teams to integrate financial systems for seamless data transfer and enhanced reporting. Additionally, I implemented cloud-based collaborative tools to improve team communication and connectivity.
