Raceloop is a platform that simplifies sports competition administration by implementing best practices into a simple to use point and click interface. This was a wide ranging role which saw the end to end management of the entire product development lifecycle. This included initial business & financial modelling, resource management, domain analysis, software design & development, business development and stakeholder engagement. Working with three progressively larger pilot releases in the Australian cycling market, a Kanban backlog was used to manage user led stories and product validation. Short release cycles saw a rapid evolution of the software from its initial MVP into a genuine working product which was positively received by the market. Full stack application architecture/development and cloud management was undertaken using a range of modern web technologies. Cycling Victoria is the peak administrative body for competitive cycling in Victoria, Australia. Responsible for the operation of the CV Events Department and for the planning, implementation, and reporting of all events conducted and sanctioned by CV. This included working closely with major event promoters to deliver unique event experiences.Implementing a Kanban system for managing the backlog of tasks and project management, I managed stakeholders, multiple teams of staff members and volunteers to successfully execute events including national championships, national road series events and mass participation events. On multiple occasions I was required to undertake considerable conflict resolution actions with external stakeholders to ensure the success of event execution. Built and managed event teams for each event. This required external sourcing of contractors, volunteers and professional service providers. Managed project budgets and financial reporting and was responsible for the overall profit & loss of the events department.

Developed a credit policy which included provisions and control processes for effectively dealing with the Personal Properties Security Act (PPSA), the legal assignment of acquired book debts and recovery actions. Though the analysis of best business practices, I developed an end-to-end control system for managing credit risk analysis, the securing of new deals, fraud detection, debt recovery, client on-boarding and monitoring. Conducted on-site credit risk audits that formed a key component of the client on-boarding and servicing process. This involved auditing client procedures and management accounts using financial control procedures to produce a credit memorandum for each client taken on.
