• Initiate and lead the launch of multiple development projects, encompassing arange of hotel brands, private members clubs and signature restaurants in key citiesacross the UK and Europe.• Provide direction to internal and external owners and hotel management teams fortimely and successful openings/re-brandings.• Partner with internal functions/Pre-Opening teams (IT, Finance, Commercial,People, Food & Beverage and Marketing) for smooth openings/transitions.• Contribute to operational reviews and feasibility studies on potential new sites.• Collaborate with the Construction & Design team to make sure that the product isdesigned, built, or converted in compliance with brand standards.• Collaborate with finance and revenue to produce the hotels first 5 year P&L in linewith HMA / internal KPIs.• Negotiate and monitor all Hotel Management Agreements.• Support the General Manager post-opening to ensure brand standards aremaintained and provide feedback and direction for improvement if required.• Create, approve and track the Pre-Opening Budget and approve all spendingduring the pre-opening phase.• Orchestrate the necessary framework, people, suppliers and workspace for anynew regions.• Maintain regular visibility and communication with the operations / overheadteams to gather feedback on brand standards, product quality, service levels andoverall satisfaction.• Communicate updates and changes to brand standards in line with businessevolution to the wider group.• This role reports directly to the CEO.
