The role I was given to do was to COLD call general public directly which can be extremely difficult and also small business's in which allowed me to gain a lot of experience and to increase my confidence and develop more skills as a sales adviser working on behalf of one of the UK's biggest telecom firms, Vodafone. I was able to achieve my target every month for 8 months and out of the 8 months i achieved bonus 6 months in which really motivated me to pus my skills to limit and to take on a much better role. This role also involved team work, not only was a hitting my sales target, i also had to help new beginners develop their skills from my knowledge.
