• Organized Northampton Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania where we increased our victory margin of .8% in 2016 to over 4% in 2020 which was critical to Joe Biden winning Pennsylvania and the presidency. • Prospected and confirmed dozens Volunteer Leaders and Staging Location Leaders and trained them to host events, assist with Get Out The Vote efforts, and train other volunteers.• Made 9,865 personal volunteer recruitment dials resulting in 134 volunteers who completed 425 action shifts in my turf.• Met or exceeded goals every reporting week and was 146% to Goal for GOTV canvass shifts.• Worked with our voter protection team to identify which voters needed to be contacted to cure issues with their ballot and ensure that every vote was counted.
