Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with store owners, managers, and designers to ideate functional jewelry designs for their line or customers.- Work in conjunction with Specialty’s CAD designers and jewelers to fabricate the design already in concept.- Responsible for developing new business and taking in custom projects while offering exceptional customer service and reachability.- Represent the company and promote at trade events.- Ensure that all custom job information is organized, monitored, updated, and reported so that the retailer and manufacturer both have a clear understanding of responsibilities regarding all open projects.
