My role is to manage our existing base of Corporate Season Ticket Holders in our Premium Seating areas, The Lexus Club and Club Cambria. My objectives are to: grow existing relationships, establish new ones, network within Pittsburgh's business community. All of these objectives leading to growing our new business opportunities.

• Actively participated in the Vancouver to Memphis relocation process of professional sports team within a three month time period• Generated over three million dollars worth of revenue in the form of season tickets, floor seats, club boxes, ticket mini-plans, and groups. • Successfully generated leads that lead to corporate sponsorships and luxury suites.• Responsible for servicing and renewing four million dollars in revenue, 451 season ticket accounts, 1500 seats• Participated in successful relocation process to new arena (FedExForum). Within a four mouth process met with each account face to face to inform, sell and close a new arena without access to the facility. • Planned and developed client relation and retention programs.
