As Whispir's Product Architect, my role is to work with the Product Managers and Technology teams to create solutions that are sustainable, cost-effective, and are aligned with Whispir's technology roadmap that meet the customer demand and ensure Whispir is market leading.I participate in projects from inception/presales (Technical Feasibility & guidance), through to design and story writing, then on to Product Ownership during development and deployment. I then continue to work closely with Product Managers to ensure the solutions I have proposed are working as designed. My method is simple:- API First- Cloud Services over In-House- Be Agile & Be Lean- Build to solve the problem (YAGNI)

Business Analyst working closely to understand the business requirements from both clients and internal stakeholders to further expand the Whispir Platform.

In charge of leading solution technical design, development and implementation.

Worked as an Associate I.T. Specialist then eventually an I.T. Specialist for clients of IBM.Performed application design and development duties, testing, maintenance and client support.

My role in this job was to integrate design files into working websites. This involved communicating with the designers to ensure the design would be suitable for the end result, and working with various tools to complete a working system.Each website had to comply with web standards across Mac and PC over 5 web browsers, so it was quite the task at times.For this job I used, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Imageready.

Web Development and maintenance. Worked as a junior developer focusing on developing web applications from design files. Sites involved CMS/MySQL integration and were generally written in PHP.
