- Site coordination of both industry and investigator-initiated clinical trials, ranging from single site studies to multicenter Health Canada regulated trials;- Implementation, organization and management of multiple simultaneous clinical studies;- Ethics submission and maintenance;- Support for student research projects;- Accounts management

In collaboration with the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES)o Responsible for trial data management, including capturing and recording trial data, monitoring and promoting the quality and integrity of data, and preparing summary reports. o Ensure participating centres are closely adhering to the allocated trial protocol and when necessary, engage centres in improving their adherence level. This includes conducting email correspondence, tele-/video- conferencing calls and on-site visits. o Work with legal teams to put in place appropriate agreements that facilitate data sharing capacity between Hemodialysis Renal Programs and ICES. o Maintain and/or update existing project/administrative information and ethics applicationso Develop and maintain materials for internal and external communication (newsletters, website content, etc.)
