Hey! I'm Jordan 👋 I am currently working at Depop as a Community Experience Agent.As a teenager, I started my own YouTube channel to exceed one million channel views, and eight-teen thousand subscribers, creating daily content for my channel and eventually creating and selling my own merchandise. From this, I started working with a family friend to create content and manage his clothing/skateboarding store’s social media accounts.After gaining experience in the world of social media management, I decided to approach local businesses and started working with a local football team, theatre, car dealership, insurance company, and many more different businesses.I would create content such as graphics, posters, and videos and manage their social media. This allowed me to grow my knowledge, and confidence in the digital marketing world as I was learning what each business needs were, and how to market them in the best way possible and it gained me more experience in customer service when speaking to members of each business and understanding their goals online, and negating a deal and package that was suitable for their social media.I then was approached by ModSquad, for a role working with one of the biggest social media platforms in the world to be a social media community manager and project ambassador. This role required me to create content, test new features of the platform, and engage with members of the project aged from young teenagers to adults where I would also host online events which gained me a lot of confidence in public speaking and I recruited new members to join the ambassadors project. As well as this role, I then started working as a Real-Time Operator/Analyst for ModSquad. I worked alongside some of the biggest brands in the world, monitoring the company’s attendance and productivity, conducting reports, meeting with team leaders, and answering incoming support tickets and calls when needed using the tool Zendesk., I also moved on to becoming a Customer Support Specialist for Warner Music Group. In this role I would monitor Warner Music Artis’s online stores, using tools such as Salesforce and Shopify. I would also answer incoming customer support tickets and calls on Zendesk, solving problems that could range from damages to tracking information.In my own time, I am a HUGE Football fan and love attending games ⚽ I also love exploring new cities and embracing different cultures 🗺️
