Responsible for developing the entirety of the Globe’s digital presence and strategy. See below for some of the projects, partnerships and content that I have led on developing during my time at Shakespeare's Globe.

As Digital Manager for Opera North I was responsible for developing their online presence across all channels including, their main website, microsites, e-communications, social media and the development of multimedia content in support of their mission and goals. I led on the development of Opera North's first Digital Strategy alongside a comprehensive audit of online activity. I managed the external relationship with website developers, Creode and line managed the role of Digital Officer. When it comes to larger scale projects, it was my responsibility to identify and manage the development of the website infrastructure and design. I worked collaboratively with my marketing and communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns and monitor and evaluate online activity to report on the effectiveness of those campaigns.I worked closely with my colleagues across the organisation to deliver online solutions that place the needs of the user first. I commissioned new digital content such as films, music recordings and podcasts to support campaigns and maximised the effectiveness of distribution through multiple channels, including those of Opera North and external partners like Opera Europa. When in house solutions were not possible, I commissioned a range of digital agencies and producers to help us achieve our business needs and artistic vision, such as working with Creode and Spektrix on a website optimisation project, that formed the first step of a long-term vision for a new website.
