• Coordinate and lead business applications competence centres: ERP (Dynamics 365 For Finance and Operations), CRM (Dynamics 365), Business intelligence suite (Power BI, Azure Datafactory, Azure SQL Server) and collaboration (SharePoint) (supporting 14 sites around the world leading an international internal team of 6-10 people).• Define governance models of each competence centre: software development lifecycle and best practices supported by agile tools, change management and new support model (transition from local policies to group policies and standards).• Coordinate local intranet project along with Marketing and Communications. Define SharePoint governance: IT governance, application governance and information governance.• Currently project manager of the Global ERP implementation project (common ERP for 14 sites): ensure quality of the overall solution (functional and technical part) and coordinate internal business consultants’ team. At the very beginning of the project I played the role of solution architect very focused on supply chain area, covering: production, planning, logistics and procurement.• Define BI strategy and one common data model for the whole Gurit Group and required technologies to hold the new business intelligence approach (data warehouses, ETL, interfaces between the legacy systems, roles and security).• Deliver service for 800 users.
