About Jordi Bordas Santacreu

Pastry is my language, a form of expression and a way of communicating with the world. Pastry is my life. It has made me question everything, reflect more and, above all, look for answers. I believe in freedom: to create your own recipes, to choose, to find your own road, to discover new possibilities... Freedom to think outside of the box and see things from another point of view: yours.Pastry allows us to express ourselves, to show our vision and our values to the world. Our elaborations talk about who we are; they talk about our history and the path we have followed to create them. That is why, from all these reflections, I created the B·Concept, a method for creating healthier, lighter and tastier recipes from scratch.

    After becoming World Pastry Champion at Sirha Lyon in 2011, I realized I wasn’t satisfied with the recipes I was working with, so I decided to investigate and develop new recipes.
