During this period the division grew 50% cagr.As Managing Director (Iberian region) I oversee all the functions of the company in the region: Finance, Operations, Sales and Distribution Wholesale/Retail, Design & Merchandising, Marketing, Store-planning, VM, HR and IT.During 2009/10, leading the integration with corporate and the European region including the definition of a three-year strategic master plan, and leading the local transition team with the following achievements: o Restructuring and closure of the supply chain linked to the local collections.o Restructuring the whole distribution in all the channels.
