- Lead product design at ambitious Fin-Tech start up (IA Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners) making room for better plaintiff outcomes in the complex personal injury space.- Oversaw fast-paced product design initiative aimed at proving out an entirely new business for the company. Led an executive team of 5 through initial phases of market research, user interviewing, product design, and rapid service design prototyping- Founded large scale redesign project aimed at introducing a future-facing UX vision for the product better aligned with the business’s long term strategic goals.
