I’ve been working part time at Farmfoods as a retail assistant my duties are to work in a fast paceenvironment taking stock, working the tills and cleaning the shop floor for customers all in the sametime limit I have extremely high expectations and goals set for me and I always put one hundredpercent in when working on the shop floor to complete these tasks. As this is a work and learn on the job. We do lots of stock intakes and with only 2 people per shift we are responsible for all the stock togo out at any given time.

I am currently working for first central car insurance as an agent of teleperformance doing customerservices over the phone and working doing admin as-well as my daily tasks persist of helping peoplewith there policy and online portals with our company. I’ve dealt with the easy customers and thedifficult ones and every time I get my feedback from a management I get the highest possible score.I’m experienced on the phones and talking to customers via phone, email and even web-chat.This month I’ve been up skilled(promoted) to also work in the sales/renewals team I still work incustomer service but I also now have the confidence and experience in being a sales advisor. My dutiesin this new role is to make sure the customer had the best product that fits there needs, to make surethat I’m trying to pitch effectively each product and also make sure the company is benefiting from thecustomers choices.
