I rolled out the Australia and United Kingdom commerce stores with end to end integration with fulfilment centres, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience. I also developed and implemented processes to mitigate risks and optimize operations with the help of the operation teams. Started my career off as a product manager at Sleek, a digital signature platform. I collaborated with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver the redesign of the platform, making it more customer oriented and user friendly. I increased the month on month active users by 10% by creating a strategy to enhance the stability of the platform and roll out competitive features. I also contributed to and drove the go to market strategy with the marketing team, reaching new and existing customers effectively.I am passionate about creating value for users and solving problems with innovative solutions.
