I also developed and implemented processes to mitigate risks and optimize operations with the help of the operation teams. Started my career off as a product manager at Sleek, a digital signature platform. I collaborated with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver the redesign of the platform, making it more customer oriented and user friendly. I increased the month on month active users by 10% by creating a strategy to enhance the stability of the platform and roll out competitive features.
