Business Systems Analyst
Current- Work as an expert for Salesforce CRM, Dynamics AX, custom applications and other business systems, share knowledge with key users, and provide guidance on better utilisation of existing application functionality.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot complex problems for all business applications and related enhancements.
- Document problems and issue resolutions, best practices and root cause analysis.
- Improving data integrity and provide detailed data analysis across all systems.
- Responsible for documenting, testing and implementation of configuration changes to the key business systems.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting business practices and integration issues. Scoping and executing projects to fix such issues.
