Our Revenue Analytics team sits at the center of providing data, insights and solutions to the company with the purposeful objective of driving revenue and increasing our asp’s across all products at Natera. My daily tasks and projects that I have had a hand in include:• Build and maintain many of the complex data models and data structures used company wide for analytical purposes pertaining to Insurance Billing, Client Billing and internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes • Develop and maintain a number of Power BI dashboards that track and visualize key company KPI’s alongside making data discoverable and accessible to business users• Establish and maintain data transactions and data pipelines between Natera and its third-party vendors • Align and support internal and cross functional teams with advanced knowledge of Natera’s RCM processes, internal systems and business processes• Identify, scope, and architect solutions that address gaps within Natera’s current systems and business processes • Implement and maintain a library of automated Python scripts that include ETL/date pipeline jobs, auto populating PDFs, screen scraping and tedious repetitive tasks• Research and analyze Average Selling Price (ASP) trends and present findings to Executive Leadership Team• Track and forecast quarterly revenue using a custom built data model that compares current state to previously attained benchmarks with the ability to drill through to specific cohorts and products, month over month, and quarter over quarter• Prepare data, files and documents in a proficient and SOX compliant manner as it relates to quarterly close procedures• Serve as the primary analyst for high stakes government and SEC related audits• Pull reports and data as needed on an ad hoc basis• Manage and lead junior analysts in engineering techniques, processes and new technologies

The Career Distribution Technology team provides, maintains and creates the tools used for all VALIC Financial Advisors who promote VALIC business. Within this capacity I serve as the lead analyst to: - Manage, produce, and analyze routine reports at the executive, national and regional levels- Generate sql queries and clean the data for ad hoc reports in a timely manner - Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, and status- Delve into data trends that need to be investigated for reporting purposes- Create online interactive BI Dashboards aimed to improve visibility and communication with upper management across all districts and regions with the click of a button- Collaborate with developer and quality assurance teams for projects and daily operations- Work with on/offshore developers and project managers on a JIRA Board that is aimed to automate weekly, biweekly and monthly reports through the use of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlikview, Cognos) and back end programming- Provide quality assurance and auditing needs for testing purposes on automated reports- Open and track tickets in Service Now pertaining to various business needs for the CDT team

I joined the IT Security Risk & Compliance – Unstructured Data Management (US) team when they were in the middle of truing up the Varonis Suite environment, a monitoring tool used to monitor all unstructured data in the company. Unstructured data is data outside of databases such as documents, spreadsheets, presentations, media files and other business data in file servers and Network-Attached Storage (NAS) devices. The Unstructured Data Management (US) team supplies support related to Unstructured Data to all AIG end users through ServiceNow in the form of: - Configuring management and ownership of the data - Entitlement Reviews for Shares - Running requested reports showing events or identification of sensitive data related to Shares containing Unstructured Data - Share privilege reports – who has access to my data - Share Activity/Event Reports – events taken place on a share and who performed themSpecifically, processes responsible for and performed on a daily basis: - Add and Remove shares from the Varonis tool - Change incremental file walk times on numerous collectors to help make the Varonis Environment more efficient - Assist in troubleshooting errors in the Varonis Environment with team members and Varonis technical supportProjects and tasks performed on a not so daily basis: - VM Builds Project – creation of an up to date report showing all cloud based servers and their corresponding information regarding if filewalks are completing, DCF scanning is successful and if event collection is working - String reports together that are too large to run as one single report - Add permission folders into DatAdvantage for various shares and groups

The College of Natural Sciences here at the University of Texas is one of the largest colleges of science in the United States, with a community of more than 13,000 undergraduate and graduate students, 700 tenure and non-tenure track faculty members, and 1,200 staff. As scientists and mathematicians, we are driven by a desire to know how the world works—to understand its quarks, galaxies, mathematical patterns, genes, organisms and chemical reactions. We then use that information to understand and solve problems that are important to society, including issues related to human health, technology development, and the environment. As a Facilities Supervisor for the Department of Research and Facilities it is my duty to help support and provide the necessary infrastructure needs to the academic and research activities of our faculty and students as we prepare the next generation of leaders in science, technology and mathematics. More specifically, I help oversee and approve college related renovations and building projects, which encompass space needs for new faculty recruits, teaching and research labs, and shared facilities.
