Current- Create and maintain tools to monitor and report WMS platform uptime including ServiceNOW ticket cross-references- Investigate and implement resolutions for any Windows Server issues across 100+ servers including printing errors, Active Directory permissions and roles, and other miscellaneous issues- Assist with the creation of KPIs for platform uptime- Participate in twice-weekly Change Approval meetings- Write PowerShell scripts to monitor and restart services based on their resource utilization- Create and manage Zabbix dashboards for monitoring all WMS platforms- Investigate ways to increase server uptime up to and including making changes to production systems- Participate in ongoing server resource alignment initiatives- Provide monthly uptime documentation with month-over-month and year-over-year trend analysis- Spearhead the standardization of virtual machine device configurations across all WMS platforms- Liaise with Manhattan SCALE WMS software vendor for large, high priority incidents- Create, manage, and audit Manhattan SCALE security groups to align operations with security policies created by CISO
