I lead and oversee the strategic direction and operation of both organizations, ensuring alignment with mission and vision statements, while developing and implementing innovative strategies that advance the objectives of both organizations, focusing on youth criminal justice determent, mental health awareness, economic mobility, workforce and community empowerment.I work directly with our community partners and stakeholders, including but not limited to community leaders, government officials, donors, and partners to enhance the organizations' impact and to foster strong relationships.I work with our dedicated team and development staff to seek funding and manage resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and growth of the programs.I serve as a spokesperson, representing both organizations in public forums, media engagements, and advocacy platforms to elevate the organizations' profiles and missions.I most enjoy leading, inspiring, and managing a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Provides leadership to a vast array of employees and contractors working directly with our multiple lines of businessDay to day operations liaison supporting 6 diverse companies.Supports the development of databases used to analyze data; reviews details for preparation of reports. Designs, develops, implements, and supports process improvement solutions that will increase efficiency and quality. Monitors financial information identifying trends or concerns. Takes initiatives and actions to correct problematic areas and/or to reinforce positive trends.Promotes the building of effective teams with direct support provided to ensure integration of new staff to their job and into the organization. Engages direct reports in tasks with clear objectives and measures and holds staff accountable for performance standards.Initiates and facilitates changes to improve services through use of data, effective communications, collaboration and interdisciplinary problem solving. Possess the technical knowledge, organizational skills and experience to successfully execute project management.Oversees the direction and coordination for the development, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of quality improvement and special projects.

Collaborates with the leadership team of the Pulmonary Department to ensure that the goals and objectives of patient care delivery are aligned with strategic business and financial objectives. Provides support to the Leadership Team in preparing the annual capital and operating budgets as specified by ACH accounting and administration. Serves as liaison with Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and other departments to review activities and analyze information, which will affect areas of responsibility and communicate changes that influence other disciplines and departments. Develops databases, analyzes data, and prepares and presents reports. Designs, develops, implements, and supports process improvement solutions that will increase efficiency and quality. Monitors financial information identifying trends or concerns. Takes initiatives and actions to correct problematic areas and/or to reinforce positive trends. Writes, updates, and maintains reports, which utilize data mining capabilities to provide pertinent data to the requestor for audit functionalities for fiscal reconciliation, audit functionalities for insurance / charging reconciliation; trends of patient volumes, procedure volumes, etc.: data/budgeting forecasting.Builds effective teams through integration of new staff to their job and into the organization. Engages direct reports in tasks with clear objectives and measures and holds staff accountable for performance standards. Performs performance evaluation/supervision of the Administrative Assistants.Directs and coordinates the development, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of quality improvement and special projects within the period set by the Director. Initiates and facilitates changes to improve services through use of data, effective communications, collaboration and interdisciplinary problem solving.
