In support of my Masters degree, I pivoted away from Project Management to being responsible for our IT Systems, something which I helped out with in my previous roles.Today, I carry out light-level database administration tasks using the Charity Log DBMS. This includes making sure managers can effectively create reports for their projects, and I often alter the way they and their teams interact with our IT as the projects change - which happens so regularly in this sector. I was promoted to Project Manager for Lewisham SAIL and also took on management duties for our other Lewisham-based project, Community Connections.My role and the organisation was transformed by COVID pandemic. From March - August 2020, I was one of the Managers for the Lewisham Community COVID Response Hub. I was involved in the creation, development and delivery of the scheme, which saw us support 6000 adults, 3000 children, handle over 12000 phone calls, deliver 11000 food parcels… Show more I was promoted to Project Manager for Lewisham SAIL and also took on management duties for our other Lewisham-based project, Community Connections.My role and the organisation was transformed by COVID pandemic. From March - August 2020, I was one of the Managers for the Lewisham Community COVID Response Hub. I was involved in the creation, development and delivery of the scheme, which saw us support 6000 adults, 3000 children, handle over 12000 phone calls, deliver 11000 food parcels and match 1000 isolated adults to 450 volunteer befrienders. We earned an award from the Mayor of Lewisham for our work!After the Hub's winding down in August 2020, I was responsible for one of the largest pieces of voluntary sector provision in the borough of Lewisham’s Whole Systems Model of Care, through effective delivery of the Community Connections Lewisham social prescribing project (budget £450k+). The project still runs strong today.I line managed a team of five full-time staff, created and delivered reporting documents and developed and maintained relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders (GPs, Social Care and Council Staff, other charities and community organisations, etc.) Show less

I acted as primary point of contact for the then-brand new social prescribing pilot project - Lewisham Safe and Independent Living (SAIL).As a team of two with the Project Manager, I was responsible for referrals into and out of the project as well as development and maintenance of relationships with key partners.With academic review, we wrote a Social Return on Investment (SROI) Evaluation of the project, which was made permanent after its 18-month pilot.
