In de functie als Adviseur Particulieren word ik gezien als het visitekaartje van ABN AMRO. Ik verzorg in een persoonlijk gesprek de intake en opvang van (nieuwe) particuliere klanten. Vanuit het gesprek inventariseer ik de totale financiële situatie en de behoeften van de klant en adviseer ik over de standaardproducten en diensten zoals betalen, sparen, lenen en verzekeren. Ik handel snel, ben professioneel en deskundig. Daarbij weet ik een goede balans te vinden tussen verkoopgerichtheid en servicegerichtheid. Mijn uitgangspunt zijn de wensen en behoefte van de klant. Het klant belang staat altijd centraal.

Als commercieel medewerker Preferred Banking verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de Preferred Bankers.

Tijdens mijn afstuderen heb ik een adviesrapport geschreven over hoe een verzekeringsintermediair haar inkomstenstroom op basis van provisie, kan veranderen in een meer transparante en provisie vrije inkomstenstroom.
