Leading a Direct Sales Channel Nationally through State General Managers with 200 staff i had a charter to transition our people to become true solutions capable sales professionals, whilst delivering on performance expectations.

With over 2,000 employees Nationally we continue to drive our employee experience through effective development, coaching and support. The Victorian operation consisted of 350 staff across Finance, Admin,Service with 100 sales and Marketing professionals. Our focus was to consistently deliver on Sales performance expectations and grow the Victorian Business results, whilst also building a culture that promoted our State as a "great place to work" and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

The WA operation consisted of 80 staff with 30 sales people, our focus was to consistently deliver on performance expectations, provide a culture that is a "great place to work" with exceptional customer experience.

Sales Manager Graphic Communications i was responsible for 10 sales people who worked directly across the Commercial print sector. We serviced this market by offering our full suite of solutions including hardware and software. Our charter was to deliver of performance expectations whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
