In a career of 32 years i have been working more than 18 years in executive board roles in sectors such as it, media, fitness, health and human capital. I transformed several businesses of which one (others are comparable) company grew from €55 mio to +€1 bio, sold several companies varying from 63 to 425M €, opened up offices in 25 countries across the globe, conducted dozens of m&a deals and did more than 31 direct investments.Since 2014 I am an active investor and advisor. My drive is to help companies, teams and people unleash their potential while at the same still developing myself and having fun. My family office has, next to the 31 direct investments, invested in 20 international vc and pe firms along with public traded companies and real estate.Working with founders, in rapid growth companies, raising equity/debt, scaling international, both organically (focused on sales & marketing) and through m&a and being a sparring partner for the founder and investor are the main part of my playing field.
