This involved for example RFP’s in order to outsource processes or the proper design for a Snowflake implementation.

Translating business value towards cloud technologies. Support on various projects like Medux and Village hotels.

Delivered consulting services as part of the Dutch Alpha FMC team. This mission first entailed the implementation of Bloomberg AIM at Delta Lloyd Asset Management for various modules of the Aim suite. Because NN Group bought Delta Lloyd we had to migrate DLAM market position towards Blackrock Aladdin platform available within the NNIP organisation.

Within NIBC I am responsible for the Treasury domain from an information management perspective. Participated several projects like MiFID II, migration of back office functionalities towards the system that already executed the trading functionality within the trade cycle. Furthermore ensuring that integration of new acquired broker will succeed from as well a process and a technology perspective.

Delivery of business/functional support for the treasury department within NIBC.

Provided day-to-day pro-active support and managed a process of continuous improvement initiatives focused on building and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders within the Robeco Investment Management operational environment in the Netherlands. Promoted and facilitated cross border collaboration between Deloitte Luxembourg and Deloitte Netherlands, providing support and advice in key operational development proposals. Also contributed to the Deloitte Magazine 'Performance' drawing on my experience within the investment management sector in an article titled: "Optimisation of the trade management cycle in the investment industry."

Support the implementation of MultiFonds v.3.21 at Robeco. Explained and advised based on market practice for accounting and instrument handling. General support concerning the positioning of MultiFonds as part of the trade cycle and other specific process functions. After implementation gave advice about incident handling and how to setup the different departments from diverse perspectives. Implemented a strong monitoring approach based on the problems Robeco encountered.

Participated in the MultiFonds project and many dependent projects. Upgrade from v.2.11 – v.2.70. Increased product coverage as part of the trade cycle implementation (technical/functional analysis). Redesign of the pricing process and NAV calculation cycle. Migration to new chart of accounts providing flexibility, increased level of detail, transparency. Improvement of the reconciliation process as position upload to front office based on requirements and market practice. Migration of 80 Belgium portfolios as part of globalising the back office of INGIM.

Implementation of processes and systems for a new product ‘Levensloopregeling’. In the role of incident manager for urgent items I as part of a team solved problems caused by difference between system and process. Also participated in the development of new modules.

Performed internal audits and advise process owners for improvements on their process or systems as a business controller. Project management (assistant) of a change project in private banking. This project had the goal to change the mentality of employees from reactive to proactive. Also worked as an assistant project lead to support a merger between four local banks of Rabobank.
