If you’re looking for someone who deeply loves working with people, and drinks a little too much coffee- you’ve come to the right place!People have always been my passion. Ever since I was young, I have thrived in any situation with people involved. While working as a competitive cheerleading coach for the past 7 years, I have acquired an array of skills that cannot be learned behind a computer screen. Working with little humans (who just for record, are some of the best people out there) has taught me a lot about seeking first to understand, then to be understood. I have also had the opportunity to work with their parents. This has presented me with the wonderful task of problem solving. I would like to think that I have become a semi-pro at facing conflict head on. I don’t want to just “fix” the problem, but want to solve the problem in a way so that it won’t happen again. I will leverage my experience in team training along with my ability to work well with a variety of people groups. I am detail-oriented and willing to learn new tasks and roles as I utilize strong communication and leadership skills. Throughout my life, I have always been involved in my community. Along with being a full-time student and working part-time at the cheer gym, I am apart of a campus ministry where I serve and lead.
