- Film, edit, and produce engaging video content showcasing training sessions, client testimonials, and special events.- Create high-quality graphics and images for social media posts that align with the D1 Training brand. Manage all D1 Training Malvern social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).- Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain an active online presence.- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and friendly manner.- Engage with followers by initiating conversations, asking questions, and creating polls or interactive content.- Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote events, classes, and special offers.- Track campaign performance against established KPIs and report on results.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and seasonal events.- Research and identify trends in the fitness and training industry to inform content strategy.- Monitor social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of content and engagement strategies.- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including insights on audience growth and engagement rates.- Ensure all content aligns with D1 Training’s brand voice, values, and visual identity.- Stay updated on D1 Training's offerings, values, and updates to effectively communicate them through social media.
