I am an aspiring hospitality specialist with a passion for customer engagement, process improvement, and above all a stylish and tasty experience. My current role as a multi-unit manager for a local restaurant has been an amazing adventure into the world of hospitality. I have learned so much about controlling profit, menu planning, and how to get a team onboard with a strategic vision. In a previous life I was a youth advocate at several not for profits, where I honed my adminsitration, collaboration, and project management skills. And before that I was a retail manager where I fell in love with faciliating, training, and development. I also demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. I am on the continuous search for opportunities to help me grow as a professional and individual. I want to create a more equal world where we can all come together over a good meal and a delicious beverage!
