I played a key role in sales, marketing and brand initiatives for the Woodbridge Community Center in the form of event planning and social media management. The center offers large-scale events and programs such as birthday parties inclusive of ice skating, miniature golf and roller skating as well as sports and fitness programs such as ice hockey, senior classes and aquatics for up to 800+ people. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Select Highlights:▶ Developed relationships with current and potential clients mostly over the phone utilizing cold and warm call strategies.▶ Despite COVID-19 industry challenges, I was able to revitalize certain aspects of the community center allowing it to continue to thrive. For example, I completely rebranded the outdoor tent event space by developing new processes and logistics from the floor plans to new décor, selecting new vendors/pricing and created a new, engaging name “The Pavilion”. The space was fully booked for the summer of 2020! ▶ Additionally, I provide full-scale social media management that increased followers, engagement, and post views so the center reaches a targeted and diverse audience across multiple platforms.
