I have worked for this company for over 7 ears, originally starting out as an "organizer". From there my boss saw my potential and I was able to work my way up and take on more and more responsibilities. Now I am an office administrator who manages whatever my boss needs. I complete the payroll taxes monthly and quarterly, I prep the necessary documents for all audits and for our accountant. I have created numerous different filing and organization methods, as well as forms used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company for both my boss and the other employees. I create invoices, record payments, manage payroll, pay bills, manage our marketing, manage the email, speak to customers regularly and keep our books up to date. I have learned a lot from working here about how to run a business from every angle.

I am a full stack software developer who manages a team of 4 developers including myself. I write benefit administration software for fortune 500 companies. The languages I use on a daily basis are: C#, Razor, HTML5, CSS, SQL for SSMS, and Javascript. My responsibilities include managing everything from the servers my clients use to their data. I ensure that my developer team is managing their time efficiently, as well as assisting them with any of their difficult tickets. I hold trainings for my developer team on best practices, software specifics and on any topics they feel unsure of.On top of leading a developer team, I am also a people manager for all of my developer team; two of which live in another country and we find a way to balance priorities and their career goals. I have also worked often with our University recruiting program and have went to several recruiting events each year since I started at WTW. I have personally helped bring in several new hires to our Ann Arbor office.I have written commands to generate a training environment for new hires that mimics our own software system and how the data moves through it.

I worked as a SAP Basis Intern, my position worked on different projects for Central Michigan University. I have worked on a Warehouse Management project, as well as an integration project. For WM I worked with other interns and professors on exercises for different courses that CMU offers. For the integration project I worked with other interns and professors on installing a system that would integrate what we currently use for our Pen Inc exercises with a new set for Global Bike. I also worked on the integration project, my role was to work on creating and testing exercises from the old system, to ensure that they are working properly for the new one.

I worked as a Staff Accountant Intern in the tax and payroll department for the Spring of 2015 and 2016. My position included performing payroll activities for different customers, creating end of the year statements, footing audits and other documents, preparing different tax documents, and preparing both corporate and personal taxes.
