Customer Account Manager
Current- Develop new business with existing clients
- Develop strong relationships in my assigned territory and across the company
- Operate in partnership with CSM, Marketing and SDR team in a collaborative environment
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors clearly
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors both internally and externally
