As a Logistics Analyst at Great Lakes Cheese, I collaborate across various business functions to maintain our high service levels for customers. Partnering closely with the Manager of Transportation Sourcing and the Manager of Transportation Operations, I utilize analytics to strengthen relationships with carriers, develop strategic solutions, streamline processes for our planners and customer service teams, and enhance our KPI metrics.Previously, I served as the Off-The-Road (OTR) Logistics Analyst at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, where I oversaw the global import/export operations for OTR tires.In addition to my day-job, I am dedicated to cultivating inclusive environments. At Goodyear, I was the Communication & Marketing Chair for the Goodyear Pride Network, where I championed policies, expanded community relationships, and advocated for changes to promote equity among associates. Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Ohio LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, Plexus, and Trans Joy Akron, a grassroots organization focused on uniting Akron’s trans community.I am passionate about driving operational efficiency and promoting a sense of belonging, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to transformative projects and organizational success.
