Managed the art department, assisted with inside and outside sales, and helped establish advertising and marketing campaigns to grow the business.Within the art department, I designed and prepared artwork in a designer/pre-press role. I prepared graphics for various printing processes, largely screen printing, embroidery, banner printing, and vinyl transfer. Full color artwork separation, including assimilated designs with the aid of Separation-Studio and Accu-Rip, though I do know various other separation methods through Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Duties also included website/webstore creation, advertisement creation, marketing materials, banner design, t-shirt design, prototyping, and more.

Responsible for oversight on daily operational procedures as well as obtaining daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly sales goals. This position is also responsible for customer satisfaction, employee training/coaching, and maintaining and growing customer loyalty.
