Reporting to the Executive Director, responsible for leading fifty-eight staff, interns, and volunteers to deliver high-quality programming to over six thousand participants six months of age and older at four sites. Leads efforts to identify, initiate contact, and cultivate new institutional and community partnerships in the areas of Arts Education, Recreation and Athletics, Community Health, Senior Adult, and Youth Services. Responsible for financial stability of $3 million budget and development of growth strategies for multiple revenue streams, including contract negotiation, grant writing, retail sales, venue attendance, facility event rentals, and long-term space usage agreements. Oversees external affairs for division and agency to increase awareness, funding, as well as mobilization of interns, medical residents, and volunteers.
