I started in the insurance industry in 2007 as a customer service representative at Long Term Care Group, Inc..A year later started working, I started working in the P&C side of insurance at Crump Insurance Services as an Commercial Auto Assistant Underwriter. Unfortunately I was affected by the economic lay-offs in January 2009. In May, I started working as a Temp at Frontline Homeowners Insurance and was recently offered a permanent position in August.I currently hold a 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) Agent License, and a 4-40 (P&C) Customer Representative License. I also hold four professional desigmations: CPSR (Certified Professional Service Representative), PIAM (Professional in Insurance Account Management), EHBA (Employee Healthcare Benefits Associate), and LTCP (Long Term Care Professional). Currently I am working to obtain the CPII (Certified Professional in Insurance), and the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) Professional Designations.I continue to strive more in what I do because I love to do what I do. Working in the business industry is not easy job.I'm currently a student member of the National Association of Insurance Women (International) and the Treasurer/Original Charter Member of it's Local Chapter the Central Florida Insurance Professionals. I am also a student member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
