I am a bilingual English - native Spanish - Electronic Systems Engineer & MBA, in addition to postgraduate courses on appraisal & evaluation methodologies, strategic planning, and logical frameworks analysis for project development with 30 years of working experience, mainly related to projects management in Latin America including, assessment, development, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, construction, and operation; financial due diligences, KPI system analysis and balanced scorecard implementation. I have strong quantitative and structured thinker capabilities. My expertise spans from the public health sector, through energy, telecommunication, and manufacturing private sectors.
