Main activities: In this insurance brokerage agency, I am the responsible for the management and day-to-day operations in the office. I supervise directly the manager of emission and the manager of collection. I also take on cases of accidents with big consequences where i.e. dead is involved or a person/truck is detained by local authorities. My job here is to release from jail the person or truck. Main achievements: results of January 31st, 2016: the emission of new policies is within its acceptable range of 3 to 5 days. Renovation of existing policies is 96%. Collection had a balance due of 4% at the end January. Released one truck detained by local authorities.

Main activities: the analysis and interpretation of qualitative data from “Explorathon 2014” event in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Display results graphically, design a coding framework, identify key themes and identify areas of improvement with trends that might be associated with a particular venue.Main achievements: Delivered final report containing the qualitative data analysis with a designed code framework showing trends and recommendations for improving next year’s event in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow.

Main activities: Business development, diagnosis of business systems, defining consulting strategies, monitoring tactical and technical aspects of projects to ensure client satisfaction, support consultants, ensure compliance with project deadlines, detect potential problems and propose solutions. During a project participated in the analysis, design and implementation of new working systems followed by monitoring and auditing projects results. To develop a project, I worked mainly with Business Plans, Business Models, Corporate Structure, Balanced Scorecard, Operating Model and Cross Sales.Main achievements: Sold and completed one project for an insurance brokerage agency that deals in 50 million Mexican pesos each year. It was completed within 26 weeks. An increase of 18% in profitability was achieved. A Continuous Improvement Process Team was designed and implemented. There were left 13 process manuals i.e. Sales, HR, Expenses and budget, Collection, Purchases and Accounting.

Main activities: Responsible for analyzing monthly the financial information to identify deviations from the budget and its causes. This analysis was used for decision-making, future investments analysis, credit line negotiation with suppliers, Budget planning and Business Plans for expansion. As consultant; analyze, design, improve and implement new working systems in the areas of HR, Purchase and Accounting. Main achievements: Increase credit line to 2 million US dollars, an accurate budget control and together with sales, an increase of EBITDA of 600% in one year pesos by increasing revenues and lowering costs and expenses. I also leaded the re-design on the purchase department.

Main activities: Responsible for leading the diagnosis, analysis, design and implementation of new working systems to reduce costs and expenses.Main achievements: Participated in two business analysis and diagnosis in Venezuela and Argentina, were both projects were purchased by the clients. I participated on the development of a shopping center project in Venezuela for 26 weeks. A 200 thousands US dollar reduction was achieved during the project under my lead.

Main activities: as TP Consultant; analysis of intercompany transactions for 43 transnational companies, development of analysis methods, development and drafting of the study. As auditor performed audits of goods inventory and financial statements.Main achievements: Managed consultation and advice to 43 companies in terms of transfer pricing guidelines by presenting the best method for their studies. Delivered the 43 final reports of transfer pricing to the companies. As auditor; I performed four goods inventory audits and one annual financial statement audit.
