I was part of the production team in charge of packing glass into an array of containers. Three months into the job I began learning how to operate the cutting equipment and shortly after moved into filling in as supervisor. Within 6 months I became the trainer on our production crew. From 2004-2013 I held several positions in the Coater department including Console operator, fill in supervisor and Cathode technician. Some of my duties included tuning in various products, QC, writing work instructions for the entire coater line. As a cathode technician I was in charge of the maintenance of the coater proper equipment. Pacific Supply was a wholesale auto parts company. We fulfilled customer needs in the central California and central coast area. I was the lead in several departments including shipping, receiving, and filled in as the night shift supervisor. I joined the audit team and traveled across the state performing inventory audits throughout our facilities. I later joined a team that was in charge of merging two existing locations into one.
