With over a decade of hospitality experience, multiple brands, and a lifetime joy of caring for others, customer service continues to be at the top of my priority list.A true believer in leading by example I began my career in Food and Beverage as a buss boy/server. After a couple of years I decided to join the Army where discipline, committment, humility and leadership were embedded in me. Shortly after, I decided to pursue my hospitality career. My Rooms division career began as a houseperson & purchasing agent. Climbing the ranks, gaining experience, and earning the respect of my colleagues by getting my hands dirty and starting from the bottom. I’ve worked alongside and led a houseekping team, bell staff, concierge, VIP/Club team, front desk team, and now leading the way assisting our Director of Rooms in overseeing both the houseekping and front desk teams. Proud to say that I won’t ask my staff for anything I can’t do myself and haven’t done so in the past. Leaders lead people by example, managers manage staff with words. “Manager” should only be in your title, “Leader” should be a part of your life.
