Actively engaged the customer, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and NAVAIR’s H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program (PMA-299), until contract award.• Maintained full Program Management responsibility for the CAE New Zealand (NZ) / New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Seasprite SH-2G(I) Synthetic Training Devices Obsolescence Treatment program. Program consists of development, fabrication, testing and delivery of Spares for the Training Devices.

• Maintained full Program Management responsibility for the Singapore F-16 Visual Display Systems (VDS) Griffin-2™ and Singapore F-16 Sensor Solution programs. Managed program assigned cost, schedule, and performance. Led, coordinated, and executed all actions, meetings, and documentation to ensure successful program execution and country support. Systems delivered to the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) for the F-16 Air Mission Trainers (AMT) and Operational Flight Trainers (OFT) in Singapore.• Coordinated inventory, shipment, and all actions for installation of the systems. • Assumed responsibilities as the Technical Lead related to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program. Worked closely with CRM vendor (Siebel / Oracle) to stand up a CRM solution for the JSF program. Develop detailed CRM team schedules, prepared, and conducted system design workshops. Developed expert knowledge and extensive use and implementation of Siebel 7.5, 7.7, and 7.8.• Delivered highly technical presentations covering the architecture, advantages, and business benefits of Siebel applications. Applied customer business processes and requirements to Siebel software. Responsible for the development and presentation of custom demonstrations and presentations as they apply to customer/prospect problems and needs.• Developed and maintained process, configuration management, and implementation documentation. • Provided support for Agusta's A129 Helicopter visual databases for the C-IV simulation platforms. Created several visual maritime Visual Databases for Kongsberg Norcontrol, Norway. Primary customers included the French and Australian Navies. Generated extensive maritime moving models.• Created Demonstration Visual Databases with geo-specific imagery and supported REAL3D demonstrations.

• Lead visual database engineer for the Lockheed-Martin Business Development Demonstration Team. Created several military and commercial visual databases for I/ITSEC Training and Simulation Conferences. Supported Lockheed Martin business development personnel with demonstrations and presentations.• Upgraded several sensor visual databases the Air Force AC-130U gunship on site at Eglin Air Force Base. Worked closely with customer for rapid database development to support mission rehearsal.• Created and managed several visual databases for the IVACC (Interoperable Visual/Sensor for Air Combat Command) project. The databases supported Air Force’s F-15, B-1B, and B-2 fixed wing aircraft simulators. Tasks included creation of 3D moving models, fixed models, culture, and terrain generation.
